Treatment at Laurel Oaks Behavioral Health Center

Laurel Oaks Behavioral Health Center offers a confidential, caring environment and provides a secure environment for children and adolescents with psychiatric, emotional and behavioral disorders. Our treatment programs promote crisis resolution, social skills, and personal growth, monitored in a secure environment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We provide crisis stabilization services for those needing short-term treatment in a secure setting. Our treatment experience provides the child or teen with a structured and therapeutic environment to work through developmental, educational, psychological and social problems.

Child and Adolescent Acute Inpatient Treatment

For children or teens requiring psychiatric crisis stabilization, Laurel Oaks Behavioral Health Center provides an acute hospitalization program. The program is designed for children and teens, ages 4 to 18 who exhibit high-risk behaviors or other psychiatric conditions that impede them from being safely maintained in a home or school environment.

Residential Treatment for Children and Teens

Laurel Oaks Behavioral Health Center proudly operates a residential treatment center (RTC) for children and teens, males ages 10 to 18 and females ages 12 to 18. Four separate living units, organized by age and gender, are housed within our RTC, each with their own living areas and dedicated staff including the Clinical Director/Therapist, Unit Director, and Mental Health Technicians.
